From its beginnings in 2008, supplying procurement services and technical training to Singapore airlines in Changi, Total GSE has matured into a company that offers a full range of ground support services to an international client base.
In 2011, at the request of concerned clients, Total GSE developed a specialist Hi-lift service vehicle maintenance team to provide Australia wide support for equipment supplied by Byron GSE that had recently ceased trading. Since then we have grown a reputation as a solution provider that can be relied on to ‘own’ customer’s problems and get their equipment running no matter what adverse conditions have to be overcome.
Customer satisfaction through best practice communication and exceeding delivery expectations led to various non aviation projects and we now have clients that stretch way beyond airports, providing vital specialist maintenance support to the manufacturing or product handling hubs of major businesses such as Asahi (Schweppes), Pfizer, Blackmores, Astra Zeneca, Armaguard & NSW Area Health Sevices.
